RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We at Vamped hope you love each and every item that you recieve. If for some reason you are not satisfied and want to return OR exchange for another size, color, or item please read below. 

Return Information

• Items being returned must be unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached.
• Returns must be submitted within 20 days that your items ship from us.
• Shoes must be in the thier original, undamaged box and shipped in additional shipping box. (if a box is damaged upon shipping from us, we will note it). Shoes not returned in original box or damaged box will not be returned and sent back to you. 
• Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. 
• Swimwear, Accessories, jewelry, and hand bags are FINAL SALE unless declared damaged within 3 days of reciept and must have original packaging/tags attached. 
• Vamped is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. 
• Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. 

Please allow us 5-7 days to process your return after we recieve items. 

How to make a Return

• Log in to your Vamped account and locate your recent orders. Find the order with the items you would like to return.
• Continue to follow the instructions to process a return.
• A Return Authoraztion Number will be issued.
• Once your return is authorized you will recieve an email and you can send us back your items.
