*Returns can be made for store credit or refunded in your original form of payment. Please note that any refund back to your credit card or paypal account requires a processing fee of $3.99 that will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be submitted and shipped out within 21 days of the day your item(s) ship.
- Items must be in its original condition unworn, unwashed and unaltered in anyway. Tags must be attached including any Vamped Boutique tags.
- All footwear must be returned in its original box, undamaged and free of any postage, stickers, labels or stamps.
- If you believe you have received any damaged jewelry or accessories or the wrong merchandise it they must be submitted within 5 days of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a picture of the merchandise.
- Any items marked as FINAL SALE will not be accepted for any returns or exchanges. See the list below of all non-returnable items
- All online returns must be submitted online and approved by Vamped Boutique. Any returns received at Vamped Boutique without RA # (Return Authorization Number) will be sent back and not accepted.
- Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
At this time we only accept exchanges for items of the same style. Exchanges can be made for another color if the style comes in multiple colors. Exchanges must also be noted in comments when submitting your return/exchange. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding exchanges.
- Intimates, bodysuits, swim, socks, tights, jewelry, and hair accessories.
- Any items past the 21 day return period cannot be returned.
- All markdown items - This is any item that has a slash through the price or ending in .99 (note it may or may not be marked on your final invoice.) Email us if you have any questions!
- Washed, worn, or damaged items that include stains, makeup, deodorant, and any signs of smoke or perfume.
*Vamped Boutique has the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy.
How to make a Return
- Log on to your account and locate your completed orders.
- Select your order and the items that you would like to return and submit.
- Choose if you would like to be refunded store credit or your original form of payment *please read above.
- Once you receive approval for the return, we will email you a USPS label with the RA # on it for you to use to return your merchandise.
- Drop off at your nearest USPS location and we will take care of the rest!
Once we receive your return please allow us 1-3 business days to process your return. You will receive a confirmation in your email regarding your refund in the form you chose. Also note that each bank varies the amount of time it will take to post to your account.
- Store credit issued through VampedBoutique.com can only be used on VampedBoutique.com
- Store credit is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Store credit is in USD and is treated like cash.
- If using store credit when paying, if your total exceeds the amount in your account you will be prompted to use another form of payment as well.
